Upstairs, Downstairs is a British television series produced by London Weekend Television and restored from the BBC. It conducted in 6-8 episodes on ITV.
Place in a big townhouse at Edwardian, First World War and also Inter War Belgravia in London, the series depicts the lives of the servants"downstairs" and their masters--that the family"upstairs". Events feature prominently from the episodes however changes are also noticed. The series stands as a document of those social and technological changes that happened between 1930 and 1903.
