Monster Squad
Monster Squad is a tv series that aired Saturday mornings on NBC.
The series stars Fred Grandy as Walt, a criminology student employed as a night watchman in"Fred's Wax Museum". To pass the time, Walt assembled a prototype"Crime Computer" hidden in a large stone sarcophagus near an exhibit of mythical creatures. After Walt plugged into his laptop,"oscillating vibrations" brought into life the wax figurines of Dracula, the Wolfman who was called"Bruce W. Wolf", and Frankenstein's Dragon that was simply known to as"Frank N. Stein" from the credits.
The critters, wanting to compensate for the misdeeds in these pasts, became stunt crime-fighters who used their abilities to challenge and conquer supervillains. In most episodes, Walt would send out the monsters to investigate crimes and fight the villains while tracking the actions by the wax via the Crime Computer due to his job took him to be at all times at the wax museum. But, when required, Walt would combine the battle with his comrades in certain episodes and return into the rescue.
