Great Teacher Onizuka
Onizuka is a former biker and gang leader with one goal: to become the best teacher. He learns about power and respect as an intern teacher. He uses his strength and connections to get his students to respect him. Now that he has graduated, he gets a job at a prestigious private school to take care of a "problem class" that has made the last few teachers quit. He has to deal with a different kind of trouble when the kids who are causing it are some of the smartest kids in Japan, who prefer to torture their teacher by using their brains. Onizuka must slowly win over his students and deal with their mistrust of teachers, all while dealing with the mistrust of his fellow teachers.
