Will Penny
Will Penny takes work on a ranch which requires him to ride the point of the land or, even worse, squatters. He finds that his cottage from the mountains has been appropriated by way of a woman whose guide to Oregon has deserted her and her own son. Too embarrassed to kick out child and mother just as the mountains' cold temperatures sets in, he agrees to share the cottage. Nevertheless, it is. Woman and the man forget their mutual desperation and begin having a love for another.
