The film revolves around Lucy, who has a new husband, a new home and a new baby, but older ghosts won't let her be. She's dedicated her life to helping families break the cycle of abuse, when she and her husband, Wade, visit the echoes of a barbarous family catastrophe in their house, Lucy attempts to help the tortured souls break free of their distress and move on. She finds, however, these ghosts do not need her help they need to lead Lucy and her relatives .
