On July 4, 2009 there swept a menace through the quaint seaside town of Claridge, Maryland, however the gruesome story of what happened that Independence Day has never been told -- until now. The police believed they'd buried the facts about the disaster that claimed over 700 lives that were individual. 3 years after, a reporter has surfaced together with footage showing an killer that was unthinkable and the cover up: a mysterious outbreak.
