Quito 2023
Is the calendar year 20-23. Quito was surrounded by Leonardo Ponce, a military dictator which took charge of the city. A group of revolutionaries are to the brink of giving a coup d'état. Just hours before the strike steps forward and starts asking tough questions which directed everybody to rethink why are they doing this. Meanwhile in the palace of Ponce, he's trying to decode what's happening at town walls. There's unusual movement and among those revolutionaries is recorded. Ponce tries to secure as much information as he could from him. Confined to just two locations, Quito 20 23 shows the side of the hopelessness of a region, the battles of these leaders and also the revolution that cannot be governed.
